Can't Drive And Front End Drops

    Does anyone know how to fix the not being able to drive and the front end of the d-series dropping down.

    Note: I have deleted all mods, reinstalled, cleared deep cache, and when ran in safe mode works but when in normal mode it does not.

    Fixed This Issue, It Was Caused By My Outgage Support Being Enabled
