Cant Download Prerace Update

I get a error after loading metadata. The updater says unable to download update please consult update.log. When I opened the log I found this.

torrent_error| temporary ERROR: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond torrent_paused| temporary paused
