Can you make race LSD available for all cars?

    Simple question really. I wanna put a race LSD on the D-Series, because the stock "limited slip differential" still slips when pushing out of a hairpin (I have the Pikes Peak map and I'm trying to set up a diesel hillclimb truck). I have a mod that allows you to put 20lb nitrous bottles on all cars and was wondering if you could do the same for other parts
