Can we somehow stop russian mod sites.

So, as many people know, Russian mod sites are a huge problem in the BeamNG community, so i was thinking is there any way to make them stop or maybe even sue them for stealing mods and making these stupid viruses

If you can get into the Russian parliament and lobby to stricten their copyright laws, go for it.
