Can somone make a ship mod based off the image?

I really like car transportation ferries and i'd like to have something like this ferry

 

That is alot of work to ask. I could get a jbeam for the boat working relatively quickly, but getting a detailed and quality 3d model would take quite a long time.

Your best bet is to make it yourself

 

I was not saying I would make one lol, I was saying that if someone was to make a decent model I *could* make a jbeam for it, but unless someone makes the model I would not have time to do it myself.
