Can someone make or help me make a dually wheel and forged wheel mod

In the game i like making realistic builds, but there is not a very big selection of wheels for the d-series,
they are very offroad based wheels, but i like big wheels like 24x14, 26x16 etc.
for example:

these are 26x16 a lot of people dont like trucks like this because they are "pavement princesses"
but i dont care i like these trucks and want a wheel mod with wheels like this, the American Force Genesis

and more forged wheels like American Force in polished and brushed on like 42" tires



I also want bigger dually wheels because there is mods but the wheels just aren't big enough, there is mods for bigger tires but they make the truck look like this

and it doesn't look bad but i always want bigger like this

or this

so like 26" and 24" on like 40" tires and 30" tires for lifted and lowered duallies
