Can i use 2 vertical monitors as side mirrors?

I have 3 27" 1080p monitors 1 on the middle horizontal and 2 on the sides vertical, can i put the main in horizontal on the game and the other 2 vertical as side mirrors or do a triple monitor setup with 2 vertical and 1 horizontal?, i am room restricted as is a small room i cannot put the 3 monitors horizontals but driving a truck with a trailer is a pain without side mirrors and they take too much space if i put them on my main monitor.

 

Officially the game isn't capable to do this, but I think you can use the mod below and resize the windows on your both screens.
