Can anyone Help me with a configuration?

So i got a good idea of making a sunburst rental car, so i did everything that was in the wiki.
But when i put it in Documents\BeamNG.drive\vehicles\sunburst i can see it in the sunburst model chooser tthing, but when i spawn it in, its not my confige, its just a bone stock sunburst.
When i put it all in a zip, and place it in my mods folder, it wont even show up!

if any one can help me it would be much appricated because it is my first take on mod making.

your .pc file has to have the same name as the info.json and picture
