Campaign (downloaded ones) not playing..

Two days ago, i downloaded a scenario "A normal day" it came with a campaign but when I clicked on play button it threw me back to main menu instead of playing campaign.
Also, I took the same campaign code from above mentioned scenario to create my own campaign...still it is not playing. This same scene happened when i downloaded "Atoll" even atoll campaign's were not playing.....weird. The official ones are playing properly.
Does anybody has solution for this??
