Camera position broken, please help!

I loaded into beam.ng drive after not playing it for a while and found that whenever I tried to load into a game the load screen times were infinite and I could not fix it. I later found out that if I pressed Alt + U it would get me out of that infinite loading screen but there still was a huge remaining problem, I could not see anything because the camera was far under the map( miles away from the vehicle). I do not know how to fix this issue. I have tried clean reinstalling, disabling mods, changing camera bindings, changing perspective settings, etc. Nothing has worked and I am hoping somebody can help me resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You for your time.

edit: I also forgot to mention that when I try to reset the camera's position to a different pov, the game freaks out and freezes and then it goes back to being underground and not in the right position
