If there is a scenario where you have crashed and can be reached by a tow truck you should then qualify for tow truck assistance. The idea is to call a tow-truck where one will spawn randomly at a parking lot which will make its way to you so you can pull yourself up the ramp and then ask him to take you to the nearest body shop where you can repair your car or if you ran out of gas you can refuel it there two. The game will somehow have to introduce these features to work together in free-roam and scenarios. As a bonus feature you can track the tow-truck and sit in the driver seat but you cannot drive it at all, once you are on the way to the bodyshop you can switch back to your driver seat.
