Bugged textures (pls help)

Hello, anyone knows how to get rid of this greenish bugged textures?

 

Have you cleared the game cache?

Did you try uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it? Everytime I had an issue with something and clearing cache didn't fix, reinstalling the game worked

 

Is that a mod map? If so, the mod may be outdated without it saying so. If not, you should try and deactivate some mods.
