[Bug] If you press Shift + N in a non-cop car, traffic thinks you have a siren

I haven't testes this a lot, but it happens consistently with every car, in 'Garage to Garage Delivery' scenario. But I'd guess this applies to any map with traffic enabled.

The things is: when you enable your visual or audible siren by hitting Shift + N in a cop car, the traffic will brake and move to the side of the road, giving you way, as you would imagine.
But, if you're in any random non-cop car, and press Shift + N, the traffic thinks that you're a cop or have a siren and they have the same behavior.

I also realized that you can enable your lightbar in any car from the circle menu.
