[BUG] Cars don't actually stop

    Even when I apply 100% brake force, I have to shift into neutral to fully stop the car.

    I'm pretty sure ABS is bugged in this way, because the Moonhawk stops fine but the Sunburst can't stop in D.

    If you shift out of gear or D then you can stop just fine. I think its something to do with the clutch not disengaging when you arent moving. Just shift out of gear when you want to stop
