Broken Mod Reporting Thread V.2

This is a revival of the Broken Mod Reporting Thread. The original went silent a while ago and I believe that just making a new one is better than bumping the old one out of it's grave. Same rules apply as in every thread.
Rules
1. keep on topic.
2. do not report a mod if it has already been reported.
3. if someone does break a rule don't badger them about it one person can tell them then drop it.

sometimes it works ok, sometimes it shows the wheels turning left and right at the same time and when that happens the game doesn't load speedometer and it won't respond to any movement controls
