brakeType - either "drum", "disc" or "vented-disc".
"rotorMaterial" - either "steel", "aluminum" or "ceramic".
brakeTorque - the torque in N the brakes apply to the wheels to stop them. For most vehicles except very heavy ones you shouldn't put more than 1000 or the brakes won't work at all.
parkingTorque - the same except for parking brake. Should be either the same as brakeTorque or 0, depending if the parking brake affects these wheels or not.
brakeInputSplit, brakeSplitCoef - I don't know exactly, but all brakes except very weak basic ones have these values as 1.
brakeSpring - stiffness of the brakes, most cars with a few exceptions have it at around 150.
enableBrakeThermals - should always be set as True.
brakeDiameter - size of the brakes that affects how quickly they overheat.
    brakeMass - obvious.
brakeVentingCoef - how well they are vented, most cars have it as 1, race cars higher, older cars lower, if brakes aren't vented then you don't have to include this.
absSlipRatioTarget - setting for the ABS, 99% of the cars that use ABS have it at 0.2.
squealCoefNatural - squeal coef at normal and high speed, squealCoefLowSpeed - you can tell.
