Brake calipers not rotating with disc

Hello there.
I've recently discovered a bug with the ETK-K trackday config. It seems like when I'm steering in any direction, the brake caliper is moving with the disc but is not rotating with it. I highly recommend people to try this out themselves as this picture is not really helping.

Brake calipers don't rotate with the disc in real life. Brakes work by creating friction between a moving object (disc) and a stationary object (caliper).

 

he means in the direction of the steering, not the rolling of the wheel. when he turns the steering wheel, the caliper does not turn with the steering, only translates and retains its orientation so it clips through the rotor.
