Released Bootlegger Burnside Special 2.0

Made for @Shotgun Chuck.

In the Burnside Special thread, Shotgun requested a bootlegger version of the Special, so what you ask I shall give.

Here's a little background knowledge of bootlegger vehicles:
"Moonshiners would modify and hop up their cars to out run the Government issued economy cars that agents used. When it came to modifying a Moonshine car, the number one rule was not to attract any attention.The car had to appear stock, it couldn’t have any fancy paint jobs, chrome pipes, nice wheels, or anything else that would attract attention and make the car stand out on the road."

Nothing special (see what I did there? ), made using the standard 3-speed manual and in-game parts.

What do you mean? I did more than just slap on blackwall wheels on a Matte Black Burnside Special. I removed some identifying features and chrome trim.
