Released BMW 5-Series F10 LCI (All engines incl. M5)

This is another revamp of an outdated mod, done properly.
Credits:

• BeamNG.Drive (For the Etk 800 drivetrain and gauge cluster)
• Jamie599 (Openable Doors)

I have once again put a lot of effort into doing the mod in the best way i can with my limited knowledge and time. It even includes the rare M550d config, the most powerful diesel of the platform.
Things i did:

• Fixed lighting
• Made all of the engines, based on the Etk 800
• Remade interior textures
• Added different shifters for Auto, Manual and DCT
• Made a lot of configs that include all of the engines for the LCI

Known issues:

• There are no Pre-LCI configs altough the parts are there
• There are no other specific wheels other then the M5 ones
