black wall blocking tunnels and holes (utah)

I've been messing with the Utah map a lot lately, but somehow I missed a weird little situation: a solid black wall seems to be blocking the tunnels and mining holes around the map, blocking me from getting inside them without teleporting inside.



If anyone could tell me how to fix it, that would be cool

 

hmm. try driving closer and see what happens. if your like me and have low graphics, it only loads if your vehicle is close to it. you should be able to drive through it if im not mistaken?

 

Driving closer doesn't help, I crashed into it with a Marshal.
