I have my anti-aliasing on the maximum settings and I have an RTX 3050 graphics card and I have a 1920 x 1080 monitor and all of the graphics settings on maximum and I have turned on the maximum anti-aliasing settings in the Nvidia Control Panel but there are definitely still jagged lines that can easily be seen. Please add better anti-aliasing.

Yeah this has been something I've been hoping for for a long time. Hopefully because the Vulkan API opens the door for a lot more graphical potential, we will be getting better anti-aliasing in a few updates time. MSAA and TAA would be nice additions over the standard FXAA and SMAA

Vulkan should have more potential for sure.

Try enabling DSR, then in the BeamNG in-game options select a higher resolution than your monitor.

Yes, every time I take a small break from this game and come back, I'm painfully reminded how inadequate both the AA and AO are. The game would look so much better with better graphics options that are standard in many other games.

It seems like the anti aliasing options do nothing or they blur, that is what you get. This is 2023, jaggies should not this much of a problem in today's games.

FXAA blurs a bit and it's the most primitive AA method. SMAA is better and doesn't blur but the reduction in jagged lines is still small. TAA or MSAA are other options that this game could use.

The game basically would need MSAA, even the ability to use it thru NVidia Profile Inspector. At the same time, they really shoud fix ambient occlusion, it's horrid to watch and it's been like this for many years already.

The odd thing about it is that it's missing the denoising part for some reason even though they use a fairly widely used ao method (gtao)
