I have tried to get in contact with them but they wont let me because they wont accept my key even though its the one from the email.

I try to do that but it still wont let me that's why i came to the forum.

The support works like this:

-You send a request help
-In at least a day, the support will reply to you via the email you used

So, did you receive the reply from the support and it still doesn't work?
If it's that, re-contact the support and tell them that the last thing didn't work.
It's a conversation between you and them
