Beamng lags massively when streaming on discord (screen sharing)

Hello, so, I can't stream on discord without my game lagging massively. I have a GTX 1060 6gb and an I7-7700K which runs the game at ultra, very smoothly. I can't share the game with my friends without the game lagging so badly. So I need help, it's just with discord. If I record with OBS, it is good, perfectly good. It's just discord.

 

Is it AMD or NVidia? AMD has an app that can record and send live stream footage directly to streaming apps such as discord. I am not sure is Nvidia does, but I would look and see if it does if that is the system your using.

 

It's Nvidia, I don't think it has, but you would help if you find out if it does.
