BeamNG is dead in the files.

    This happens today, ever since I tried to play saying the 64 bit .exe was gone.
    I tried to verify integrity and it didnt work, constantly verifying and never finished.
    Reinstalling lead to this.

    And the files in the game folder are just 2 folders.

    That's an issue with your Steam, notice the 'CONTENT FILE LOCKED' thing.
    For some reason Steam cannot access the game files.

    Simply restarting Steam or the PC should fix Steam and you can then try again.

    Restarting fixed it, I restart rarely due to how long my pc takes, HDDs and age do not combine well.
