BeamNG.drive is only $30, and god only knows how they're keeping their business model running. But that business model will probably not be able to afford a huge port to a platform that it was never meant to be on. And besides, anyone who can afford to be on a Mac can afford a decent PC to run .drive on?
Pretty sure you can mess around with Wine for this, I've seen it done before (to various degrees of success). As for a native version for ARM? Keep dreaming. Marketshare is too small on Mac for gaming, so it wouldn't be worthwhile to devote the resources to getting it done when barely anybody will benefit from the product.
macs now use ARM processors so that makes it much harder, it also means that making a port for intel macs is like literally thowing money away, many games that have mac ports drop it since it barely gets purchases since no one plays on mac
