    Can you write in English?

    Do this:
    press the SUPPORT button in the game launcher.
    Follow the instructions and press 'Submit Informations.
    Our 'BeamNG.Support' page should open now.
    In this page only copy and paste to me the 'Support ID' (it's a 5 numbers code).
    Then close the page, do not send a Support Ticket

    I got the game yesterday and played for about 3 hours and then it crashed and said BeamNG.drive has exited unexpectedly. The error code is 0x00000001 and I am not sure how to fix it.

    Does it still happens? (could have just been a random crash).

    It's crashing on this:
    c:\program files\nvidia corporation\nvstreamsrv\rxgamepadremapping.dll

    With is some Nvidia related stuff (either Geforce Experience or the drivers itself).
    Try to reinstall both, you got them probably broken.

    this crash happen in c:\program files\nvidia corporation\nvstreamsrv\rxgamepadremapping.dll

    You are using the Nvidia overlay? if yes you may need to disable it for BeamNG

    Thanks, I'll disable my Nvidia in game overlay for BeamNG.drive and see if it works. I am using an Nvidia controller to play the game so it could be that.

    Thank you so much , it started working again after I disable in game overlay and now I can play the game.
