BeamNG doesn't start

    As the title says, BeamNG.drive refuses to start, but I see "BeamNG.drive.x64.exe" in the task manager window under the processes tab, but I don't see anything after that. I've also tried reinstalling the game, turning off antivirus, and removing mods, but nothing works.
    Specs- CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650
    GPU: Zotac Nvidia Geforce GT 640 zone edition 2GB DDR3
    OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
