First Up what you need: 1. BeamNG Ultra Settings (or lower is you have a less powerful pc) 2. CK Graphics Setting Mod: Graphics Setting Mod 3: Reshade 4: My Reshade Preset. (attached file) 5. (Optional but stongly recommened and paid) Pascal Glitcher RTGI UPDATED VERSION. DOWNLOAD 1.1 Step 1: Install Reshade, WITH BEAMNG CLOSED! First: go to the link above for reshade Click download Second: Click Download reshade (whatever version is up do date) Third: Open the installer. and click BeamNG.drive.x64.exe Then click next After that uncheck OpenXR and select DirectX 10/11/12 Then click next now with my extract my preset file and now click browse, find the place where it is located and open it now click next. Now you should get this and your done! (something else i recommend is changing the home reset point in beamng to alt-home or something, so when you open the reshade menu it doesnt reset your car) But if you want Ray Tracing and have RTGI heres the steps to installing (you still need to install reshade) Go to Beam root folder (steam/steamapps/common/beamng.drve/) open Bin64 Then Open reshade-shaders Then drag the contents of RTGI to Reshade-shaders And RTGI is done. Step 2: Load Into BeamNG (dont think you need to be told how to do that) Now that your in BeamNG your ui will look a bit different You most likely will get use to this so dont freak out when it appears like this Now click "Home" on your keyboard and this will appear (without the errors) Just make sure that you are using m reshade preset. and thats done! Step 3: CK Graphics Settings Mod So now what you want to do is download the CK Graphics settings mod from the link i have at the top of the post. Put the file into your mods folder Now what you have to do is setup a keybind To do that go to options > Controls search for "Graphics" and under General Debug you will see "toggle graphics settings" Now set up a keybind I personally choose F10 but you can choose whatever you want. Now using the hotkey you set up you can expand high end graphics features. Now you can enable all of these features or just a few Personally These are my settings Step 4: World editor tweaks Now that the game is looking quite good already there are a few world editor tweaks we can do to improve graphics. Click F11 to open the world editor Now if you dont have scene tree or inspector go to window > inspector. and then window > scene tree 1: Clouds In the scene tree search "cloud" now this will come up delete clouds_1 Now click on clouds and in the inspector this will show up Now what you want to do is expand 'Textures' and then '0' '1' and '2' Now this is what you see Now Put the TexScale in [0] to 4 In [1] make it 5 in [2] make it 8 Next you want to copy these settings Step 2: SunSky Tweaks What you want to do is search "Sky" in the scene tree and then click on it. Now in the inspector put the 'skybrightness' to 100 (note you can always bring it down) put the 'sunSize' to 0.2 (it'll come handly later on) put 'rayleighScattering' to 0.001 put 'sunScale' to #FFA05FFF Now put 'groundAlbedo' to white Scrolling further down you will find 'FlareType' 'FlareScale' and 'occlusionScale' You want to put FlareType to 'LightFlareExample2' Now put the 'flareScale' to 2 and put the occlusion scale to 0.001 Also you can change the Time Of Day to 16:20 or 7:00 ONLY DO THESE IF YOU HAVE A GOOD PC Scroll a little further down until you find 'texSize' now what you want to do is put the 'texSize' to 2048 a little further down you will find 'logWeight', you want to put this to 0.990 And now you are good for BeamNG Graphics Now for some comparisons Just Ultra Settings with world editor tweaks Ultra Settings, World Editor Tweaks, CK Graphics Settings, No reshade Ultra Settings, World Editor Tweaks, CK Graphics Setting, Reshade ON Ulrta Settings, World Editor Tweaks, CK Graphics Settings, Reshade ON, Time Of Day at 17:30 Random Screenshots.
