I need some help with video/screenshot F-key bindings for Fraps. The default is F9 and F10 but hitting these keys brings up the world editor in beamNG. It seems like every F command key in beamNG is bound to something no matter which ones I tried.

My question is, does anyone know any unused key binders that I can setup for Fraps so I don't conflict with the world editors and other stuff?

Fraps records to an external drive. No performance impact.

fraps became irrelevant a fair few years ago and is abandoned at this point. you can use shadowplay to record to an external drive without compressing stuff to hell and back like fraps does.

Okay? I don't see how this answers my question and the fact that is abandoned does not matter at all and it certainly is not irrelevant to me. I use Fraps and have used Fraps for the past 13 years. You record the footage to an external drive (over USB 3.0) so that you do not get the lag that esesesel brought up because you're making your system drive due triple duty running the OS, playing the game, and recording and writing massive amounts of data and it can't keep up. When you have Fraps set properly and know how to use it, there is no compression.

Still waiting for some answers to my question and not having to reply to criticisms on what I use. Thank you.

As far as I can tell F2-4 does not do anything.
