Probably because you somehow used the wrong link, this works fine for me:
    http://www.beamng.com/faq/

BeamNG isn't yet released and there's been no announcement for a release date. It'll be released when it's ready. Besides that, BeamNG no longer has anything to do with CryEngine 3, as it now uses Torque3D as it's graphics engine. It's a completely seperate project from either engine though.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, but beamng is no longer in cryengine 3. Beamng us using torque 3d. Those are graphics engines. That's what the engine uses to display the physics. The actual game is still being made. I hope I helped.
edit: well, they beat me to it

Just going to say CryEngine is a game engine, and by itself, it is pretty useless.

I may as post here than open a new thread.
But can you make maps on cryengine 3 and port them over to beamng?
I saw a tutorial on here how to make proper maps using something else but since this game started with cryengine 3 if im correct
i was wondering if it would work exporting maps from there to beamng?
I love using cryengine and if i could make maps on there and export you could see some ok-ish work from me and i'd love to share my maps with you lot :)

NOTE: I don't mind using torque 3D for making maps either just feels limited.

Yeah, I saw this already, UDK4 has also taken a similar approach but with source code available too (note: source being available does not mean it is open source). Interesting that 2 big shot companies with very expensive software suites are now hugely underpricing them, seriously, compared to what they charged before they are more or less handing the engines away for free. A pro license for Unity3d is more expensive now and used to be considered a cheaper alternative. I think the old free versions for both UDK and cry engine are both absent though, but at this price point I don't think they make any sense anymore.

Still no reason for BeamNG to switch back in my opinion though. We're already rolling with Torque3d versions. Besides, check out this from the devblog:
So BeamNG is feeding back to the Torque3d community as a whole, thats big news, as is the linux port news. Don't think TDev or Estama will be switching away from torque now.
