beamng alpha mods

when i open up the car selector I can't find which mod is which because it just says unknown. please help

i'm absolutly new to the community but i have to say i play to Beamng Drive since last January and it's total enjoyment, i appreciate it more and more through the updates.
The yesterday one is great, even more smoother on my PC than before, and i like the glasses effects a lot.
I registered today to share my feedback about the new release, but also was waiting for such a post about the mods.
The original cars of the games are great, they are perfectly done and the deformations look on them very natural and realistic.
But i enjoy the downloaded mods a lot too because i do a lot of screenshots of stunts , and what i enjoy with this game is to make cinematographic stunts, highway car chase, etc... and having existing cars means a lot in this direction.

At the moment i can not use any of the mods, none of them appears, and if i put my entire previous folder with mods, in my documents/beamngdrive/mods/vehicles like before the update, the car selector doesn't appear anymore.

I tryed a lot of things, deleting the cache, delete all the content in steam then download the whole game, deleting the cache again, trying zip files... If i put one car in the folder the game selector works but my car doesn't appear (too old if i understand well), but all the cars make the menu not to appear anymore.

What i havn't tryed yet (because i just thought about it) is to put the more recent car downloaded to see if it could be recent enough. I try that and go back here to give my feedback.

But the idea of programming a patch to accept older car again is great ! I did all the thumbnails in photoshop for each car and i will appreciate to have them again.

Anyway, thank you for this game, it's really fascinating to follow such a development of technology. I used to be graphic artist in videogames in the 90's, modellising 3D tracks for ealy 3D Formula one games, and using your game with all the debug options, wireframe view and so on, is a lot of enjoyment.

Very quick feedback : The more recent mod car does work ! It's called unknown like said just above, but at this stage i can play with it so it doesnt matter.
I can eventually edit my thumbnail to add the car name on it. So i will import them one by one and see which makes the menu not appearing anymore.
Sorry that i have posted to quick, writing the post made me think about new tests.
