    Hello everyone, this is my first mod! I'm doing an island called "Beam Island" this map will feature a mountain and a beach and everything in between. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong and right.

    Small Village
    Beach
    Mountain
    Off Road Section
    Sounds
    River
    Lake
    Perfect Roads

    That looks pretty good, my only comments are that the road texture looks a little bit stretched, and the edge of the road needs some more detail, such as some little rocks, tire marks by corners, dust patterns, that kind of thing.

    You should add a small neighborhood but other than that, looks awesome!
