took me two weeks to make this but i think its worth it not finished yet trunk is broken and needs hinges and the textures arnt the greatest around the windows.
This not even a beta. This is a barely functional proof-of-concept. >Non-fitting roof, stretched glasses, ruined textures, basic jbeam >Two weeks I could make it in a couple of days, even though I am not the best modder.
really gonna start peeling on me bro? btw the roof fits textures arnt bad and the glass is not stretched its just not great texturing. I'm not great at doing textures. btw and it took two weeks because i have a life...
Yes, really! If you can't see that the textures are horrible you deserve an award as the first blind BeamNG modder.
Pretty sure Ytrewq also has a life... BTW, my "projects that should be done, but will or won't be" list has recently been entered by the idea of a Burnside Special woodie wagon, like this: Pretty sure that if I get around to making it, I'd at least try to make it an actually good mod.
Alrighty then....I'm not in the business of slamming anyone's mods but this is a brillaint idea, and the Barstow works great as a wagon platform...never even imagined it until now. Carry on @BarmyPark . Down the road I hope several variants of this by different modders get made!
I am no modder, but I can see the wagon bits aren't Jbeamed correctly (the whole upper rear is a single pane, instead of distinct pillars and windows, and the Jbeam does not align with the D-pillars), and the front windows don't align with the rear section.
Plus, the rear window and the very end of the roof are very off from a 60s estate. EX. If it's supposed to be a estate version of this Barstow, why isn't the very end slanted, or the very least set up like this 60s estate? It makes it more like a 80s estate, but even 80s estates have a more straight roof and a slanted rear window.
