Please I want to see consequences from flooring my 423cui gavril burnside at 20mph where the stupid gearbox has already jumped into 3rd gear... It loses like 50hp through the gearbox in this scenario, that's a lot of heat! Likewise, towing heavy things up hills in a car that's just not designed for it, gearbox slipping a lot to cope, i'd love to see it fail. I think i'd rather have AT thermals than tyre thermals (altho both would be nice )
transmission coolers and whatnot for manual and automatics would be nice (are manuals susceptible to heat? idk) differential overheating would be a nice detail as well
