Automatic and stuck in 1st gear

    So I have a custom Civetta Scintilla and it is automatic with an automatic gearbox and everything, but the car sits in neutral, then when I put throttle on, it goes to 1st gear and will not go up. I've compared the settings with a modded engine Scintilla (I'm using the same modded engine), and all the engine settings and all performance settings look the same.
