K well I just figured due it being a V6.

 

ashton not to be rude but this engine has a inline 6 layout. meaning all 6 cylinders are in a line. a v6 engine has 3 cylinders in two banks shaped like a V. the gavril truck engine is a inline 6 since all 6 cylinders are in a row. a v6 is a engine found in most sedans. ill tag these pics here, but for more detail open beamng. the i6 and v6 engines look very different. you can find the v6 in the new pessima and the i6 in the semi truck. thats the difference.
p.s. neither engine is a flathead. i suggest you do some homework on engines to distinguish between types man.
