I recently got back from a short break in Portugal, and drove on the roads around Arrabida, near Setubal. These are some awesome cliff roads, and appear in the movie "On her Majesty's Secret Service" as the location where James Bond's wife is the victim of a drive-by shooting. I was convinced they'd make a great BeamNG map and would also be able to utilise many of the textures from the West Coast USA maps, as much of it is very similar.... I don't know how to mod, so this is purely a suggestion if anyone else has ever been to these roads....
