Are commands still here?

So in past we had command which allowed us to damage piston rings, head gasket and connecting rods, change temperature of engine etc.
I've tried these commands in current version and they didn't work. Were they updated and now you need to use other commands or they've been removed?

never heard of commands...

 

I remember seeing a video on camera commands, not sure if they don’t work anymore.

 

there were controls for damaging engine and changing temp.
