Arcade more manual transmission bug?

    In arcade mode with a manual transmission the clutch seems to get stuck when switching from neutral to 1st gear on most cars, is this a bug?

    I can't replicate.
    More info, such as the exact vehicle/configuration?

    I took some video of it, in both the throttle is 100% the clutch is slow to unleash going from neutral to 1st gear
