Itzt was not the original creator of APEX, I believe that there were a few others that had the company before him.

 

I did own it before it came to roblox. I have had it since 2010

I mean some person can own a company and then leave it to another person to own, it happens, ive expirenced it before with U&B Towing, Where first owner of it left and months later i took its ownership and boom i made it big, Now its a empty group due to me giving ownership for a trusted co-owner.
