I have been wanting Cities: Skylines as soon as it came out. I watched too many YouTube videos on it and I can't wait any longer. Does anyone play this lower than minimum specs? Here are my specs:
OS: Windows 8.1 (will be 10 when my games support it.)
    Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G645T @ 2.50GHz
    RAM: 8.00 GB
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based porcessor
Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family (Runs of my RAM)
    Resolution: 1600 x 900 (2 screens)
My PC is a Dell inspiron All-in-one. I cannot upgrade this PC any further. I'm not getting a new one anytime soon as far as I can tell.

If someone has this game and if you have (or play on) another similar computer is it possible that you could try it on the that PC to see if it works? Or if someone would be willing to share the game for me to try. It would only take me probably less that 2 hours of game play to see if my PC can handle it.
    Thanks in advance.

Why? I mean your building a city and managing it in both games. With the exception of different features the concept is the same.

Same concept kinda but vast differences in quality. Skylines > SimCity 5.

No, It's 30 USD. Look it up on YouTube. I'm not getting SimCity Half that reason is EA, The other half is people actually have lives and names. The detail is taken to where you aren't really supposed to look at your city. And you can have a 100km of land to build for one city.

Wow.. might have to look into that... do you have to but it online? I like buying the actual CD a little more... easier to manage.

Following that logic, a PC that can run Doom should run Crysis 3 just fine because they're the same concept.

With Cities: Skylines, you can have these areas that you can unlock, they are in a square shape, ONE of those areas is the max size of a sim city... city... so the world is like 10x bigger, and you can do a lot more, like creating metro stations and airports, hell, even someone re made Los Santos (GTA) IN CITES SKYLINES! :O

Within Cities Skylines your city feels alive. Your residents each have their own names, pets, vehicles, houses, etc. and you can follow them where they go. There are so many more features than SimCity and it feels like a game with much better quality. (With the exception of disasters)

You can also flood your city...oops

It should be an option to export you maps from this game and import it in BeamNG... Like 'Streets of SimCity' but way better. (I've played that game! :p)

I know what the minimum requirements are. My PC doesn't meet them (and can't). I just need to know if someone has a PC with similar specs or if someone can share the game for a short period of time. If it works I will buy it.

Well, I have a Dell latitude laptop with a core i5-2520M 4GB ram and intel HD graphics 3000.
It can run cities skylines with low fps until about 15000 population, then it dies.

Shout "freedom" while releasing the reservoir that was powering your city

Game has infinite awesomeness. The braveheart speech before you bulldoze the dam just works.
