Anyone know of any steam train mods?

I've spent a long time looking for steam train mods. All of the mods I could find were incomplete or had no download link.
I've looked across multiple sites to try and find some, but still no luck.

Any mod names or links would be greatly appreciated.

 

there are no steam train mods that work, there are only a few train mods on the repo

 

I've seen some from relatively recent videos, although it looks like an older version and might be pirated.
Whether it works or not, I would still appreciate names of these mods.

but updates broke it so both wheels spin opposite to each other so it doesn’t move, i did have a working version for 0.27 but the smoke no longer exists and it broke in 0.28 (but the bug that broke it has been patched by a dev), i could send it to you if you want to wait until the next game hotfix for it to be working again.

WLD FS30-2 is like the OG quality locomotive that still works today. Not a meshslap.

 

Does that mean someone could fix the wheels to spin in the same direction?

Look, I wasn't saying that the WLD FS30-2 or any other train mods on the official website were meshslaps. I personally love using the FS30-2, but what I'm saying is that on third-party sites like modland or WOM, there could be so many meshslaps. In fact, there was an older mod that turns your wheels to train wheels. All a meshslaper would do is make a meshslap of the T-Series and steal the train wheels.

I wish more train mods were made, who agrees

 

only problem is that no vanilla map supports them, so you can only use trains on modded maps.

Also, off-topic but... I swear there was another train wagon mod which was a log wagon. Now it's gone, what happened to that? (I'm only saying this here cuz the thread is still alive and if i make a new thread, no one will see, sorry)
