Anyone else spawning under the map?

I’ve been experimenting and even after I’ve disabled and then deleted all mods it still does this Unless in safe mode. Interested to hear if anyone else is experiencing this or just me. Will continue to troubleshoot

Update: I’m positive this is a game related issue as even after a fresh install with absolutely no mods still the same issue. Where I’m getting thrown off is why it works perfectly fine in safe mode

Last update: I figured this out with my own troubleshooting!! I’ll leave the fix here for anyone who also has this issue or a very similar one because the fix may work for several things. Even after a fresh install and no mods the game wouldn’t work in safe mode so I went into %AppData% then local then beam ng and deleted the 0.28 folder and launched the game it worked perfectly fine. Reinstalled my mods from backup folder good to go!

press win+r and write it

 

I've been trying to fix this issue for months and still nothing. It's only when I load unmodded that it works but it doesn't explain what mod is doing it.
