Hello. It would be desirable that in this wonderful game implemented a beautiful, realistic animation of shock absorbers. Now the shock absorbers are stretched like plasticine, just look at the photos. If you take an unofficial car that found in the "mods", then it is correct animation. Small cylinder enters the a large cylinder. I really hope that will correct animations, and add animation to the drive shafts.
Sorry for the error, if any, used by the translator

    Flexbodies works like that.
You have a 'shape' defined by several nodes, and the meshes linked to that shape will be deformed according to that.
    Here's a very rough simplification:

Ingame they deform only the much needed to not look like they deform too much.

    I doubt it will change.
It's a very small detail, and unless you stare at it very closely, you don't notice it much.

I agree, but, for example the truck without mud flaps already seen. It will be a shame if it was never corrected. Thanks for answers. :)

While i do agree that the beauty is in the details, the way stock BeamNG cars does suspension animations isn't that bad to begin with.

Just do the suspension test while hovering over either of the suspension in the parts selector. It looks awesome.

A lot of games uses this method as it's quick and gives good results (unless you look at those things with a magnifying glass).

Mad Max for example, does that and it's visible only with vehicles that have them very visible (ChumBucket's car)

Yep, i agree, but the flexbody can fix with more mesh and jbeam work, not this is the biggest problem and not imposible.... some mod creator make a really good job, and chose the hardest way to create a nice flexbody deformation and so on.
the shock absorber flexbody not annoying me, but more annoying the glitch with spring and many other thing with flexbody / jbeam one of that you can see on the sunburst front strut / spring, and if i remember right the 200bx rear suspension was wrong flexbody and jbeam to. for me the biggest priority if have a nice mesh that the jbeam follow this and try to have the same jbeam as mesh.
i just watched the sunburst front strut and the rear lower arm etc. and the jbeam was absolutely different like the mesh which is annoying for me, not a russian mod.... why the jbeam cant follow the mesh.
Please put more emphasis on this!
here is my reworked one sunburst front strut pic and you can check how it looks like the original one:
and reworked the rear too but no pic.
