Is it possible to have an animated texture/material on a vehicle? (Kinda like a small GIF) Example: A motorhome with a TV that has a GIF playing on it.
if it's a small gif you can use this it have to be a large sprite on one line (example) or as @meywue said you can use an htmlTexture. there you will have a lot more choice like encoding a video (vp9),gif , CSS animation ....
Narwhal proved that it is possible to have animated textures in game. He once uploaded a video of an ETK 800 with an animated texture. I done forgot what it was though.
