Ambient temperature

I was playing around with the environments tab it the game and noticed there is ambient temperature and was wondering it anyone could/would make a slider to change the game temp like you can with gravity. (If someone does could you let me know)

 

You can in the world editor, not sure were though.

 

The ambient temperature changes depending on the time of the day as well

EDIT: damnit it seems they removed it, or at least I can't find it anymore.
