All mods gone after deep cache cleaning

so all my mods are literally gone, 20 or something mods all gone, I have tried searching through Local>Beamng.Drive>0.31>mods
I even gone through backups, nothing there.

Inside the mods folder, or is it supposed to be in repo folder people are talking about? I havent played beam for a while, just came back like a few days ago.

 

and whats even worse, it left one mod, but no mods folder, right before it went missing, I installed a possibly outdated train mod,

after installing, I went to west coast because people said it had rail roads, when I loaded in, I spawned in below the map, I went into free camera and discovered many textures missing, and then i exited out of the game and deep cache cleaned and loaded up the game. and boom, gone.

 

hey, if its already been done, I already fixed it, I reinstalled all the mods,

must have been the train mod, or something else. but thanks for trying to help.
