ALL Digital dashboards take long to refresh speed/RPM after update.

Recently, I installed the update, and I noticed that the vivace dashboard/scintilla dashboard/custom digital dashboard suddendly show the wrong values, for example: On the App it shows 100kmh but on the car it shows 77kmh, I slow down to 30 kmh and it shows 100kmh, if the game is paused the dashboard will show the right values after a second, basically, with low fps the game takes longer to refresh the dash on the car (which wasn't the case in 0.24) but the app shows the values fine. Note: this only happens on digital dashboards, on the other ones, the speed shows normal. it is a small but annoying bug, I also noticed that it is vehicle dependent:

The scintilla/custom dashboard takes 1 second to refresh the dash.
The vivace takes 5 FULL SECONDS to refresh the dash.
