mrw the only people in the community talented enough to make mods consistently abandon the projects that people are the most excited for and opt to release mods that are just vanilla maps with a different layout or vanilla cars with different proportions
That's probably because most 'meme'bers are extremely impatient and want the mod instantly released.. not realising the amount of time it takes to make a proper good quality mod.. me for example.. tried my hand in 3d modelling in blender but that's as far as I got.. albeit due to having a weak laptop.. but then not just the model, the jbeams, textures, the multiple different parts a car or a map will have, etc. Modding is a LOT of work..
I have extremely limited modding experience too. I have a thread for a map I modified in the F11 editor, and I sure as hell don't want impatient forum members being like "wHen wiLL tHIS reLEASe?" It's a shame that it's still common.
hey are you still working on this? love the idead, i recently downloaded the satsuma amp, and want to try it out on this map. Just wondered if i could maybe become a tester
