AI problems since last hotfix

    Since the latest hotfix, the AI have been seemingly extremely dopey, the police do not repond to speeding, crashing into or ramming civialian vehicles. is there a chance that there will be a hotfix for this?
    (P.S this happens with no mods whatsoever and a clean cache)
